Intro
Drift offers a set of libraries that allows to extract key features from the Drift platform in order to simplify the developer experience for other builders out there working in the crypto payment space.
Example libraries that will be included and developed are:
- Onramp / Offramp React Component and API
- Crosschain payment buttons
- QRCode generator for onchain payments
- … and more
When developing these libraries we focus on:
- Usability: easy and fast to integrate
- Interoperability: should be compatible with any wallet provider, chain and token out there

This package offers React components to easily integrate crypto-to-fiat offramp features into Web3 React and Next.js applications.
- Drift Provider - React Component
- The DriftProvider component is essential for initializing the Drift context. It requires your unique DRIFT_APP_ID and DRIFT_APP_SECRET and must wrap any part of your application where other Drift components are used.
- DriftOfframp & DriftOfframpModal - React Component
- These components provide a simple user interface for enabling offramps. Users can connect their Drift Account ID, authorize transfers from their wallet, and seamlessly convert crypto to fiat. A Drift Account ID is required, which users can retrieve from their Drift account settings.
- useDriftUser - Hook
- For more customization, the useDriftUser hook allows you to access user-specific data, including profile details, KYC status, and bank accounts. Developers can use this hook to create custom components and develop their own offramp experience.
